UK standard shipping charges

We deliver the majority of our orders within 5 working days if the items are in stock. Please allow an extra couple of days for orders delivered to the Highlands and Islands. There is a delivery charge for books as itemised below and this is subject to VAT. There is no delivery charge for ebooks and PDFs.

Order cancellation and returns

We are happy to refund or exchange unwanted books that you purchase on this website if they are returned to us within 21 days, provided they are in perfect condition.

To make a return please send the item securely wrapped, to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying if you would like an exchange or refund.

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please email us at sales@boco.org.uk giving us details of your order.

In order to download your ebook you will need to have installed the appropriate ebook reader software. For more information read our ebook help page. You may download your ebook twice from the available link. If you have problems downloading it, please email us at sales@boco.org.uk.
